Hayley Kosan is an award-winning filmmaker from Phoenix living in New York City.

Hayley’s senior thesis film, The Understudy, won several national awards including Best Director and Best Cinematography at Columbia University National Undergraduate Festival, Best Ensemble at LA Comedy Fest and the Audience Choice award at Visions Film Festival & Conference.

She was an associate producer for The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore and has worked for Above Average, Conde Nast, Funny or Die, Refinery29, A+E Networks, Bustle, NYU Langone and also collaborated with millions of Upright Citizens Brigade performers. 

Hayley directed two web series for IFC Comedy Crib, Horrible Insane Girl and The Place We Live, and is constantly directing, shooting and editing short films, sketches and neorealism travel videos

Hayley's favorite Meryl Streep film is A Cry in the Dark and feels Meryl's performance is wildly underrated, which is insane to say but she stands by it.
